It has a great view and everything is still brand spanking new and fully furnished. 10 minute walk to Robinsons Galleria mall. 2 minutes to McDonalds. Close to all major banks as well. 10 minutes to get to SM Megamall, Shangri-La hotel, and Podium. Bed is relatively decent for foreigners, it's about 4x6 feet (widthe x length). But if it's not adequate one can sleep either in the cove down below or on the sofa. Condo comes with a gas stove.Convenience stores abound (7-11 etc.) these include 7-11 and Family Mart. Coffee places down at the ground floor. 5 minute walk to a Starbucks. At the corner is a bar pub called Cafe Brewer. An hour from the airport, 20 minutes from Quezon city, 15-25 minutes from Libis/Eastwood, 30 to 40 minutes to Makati. Taxis are easily hailed at the front desk.
