This apartment is all about location - its on the 10th hole of a golf course, with a 2 minute direct access pathway to a popular kite/windsurfing beach. Perfect for remote work, walks or yoga on the beach, walking, running and cycling paths. Its within 1km of local restaurants, Seattle coffee and Woolworths Food The space This 1 bedroom studio apartment sleeps 2 people, opens onto golf course 10th hole, and offers you privacy and security at all times as part of the estate’s security commitment to all residents and guests. • The studio is completely separate and private from the larger house, and has several private parking bays right at the apartment entrance. • The kitchenette is fully fitted with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, as well as a fridge, microwave convection oven, induction stove, kettle, toaster, iron, hairdryer, popcorn maker. Tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, milk are available on arrival. • 100% cotton and down linen, towels, electric blanket, and cleaning and sanitary products are included with a weekly cleaning service. • The apartment has free, high speed, uncapped (fibre optic) WiFi, a smart TV with free Netflix & YouTube. • The apartment also has climate controlled air conditioning (for heating and cooling). • A portable braai is available to use just off the deck area overlooking the golf course. We are fully aligned to Airbnb covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocols. The studio is not serviced daily. We provide extra cleaning supplies and towels as required. The studio is cleaned with a full change of linen every 7 days. We have hosted both short and long stay guests enjoying everything from playing golf, kite surfing, remote working, or simply touring and relaxing in tranquil space. Guest access Within 200m walking distance you will find a long strip of private and public beaches, walking, running and cycling paths (if you have your own bicycle). You can walk to the clubhouse and book to play a round of golf on the 18 hole course (which you need to book and pay for independently). You have private, secure parking on the property right in front of the apartment. Other things to note Cape Town is a water scarce city. We have built a green home, where we recycle as much as possible, conserve water with alternative water sources, and power the house mostly with solar energy. So as a guest you have the comfort of knowing that you are protected from any potential power outages.
