This 50 m2 loft with a ceiling height of 2.05 m is composed of a beautiful bedroom with a 160/200 bed. A folding baby bed is available on request, 1.20 m in size, for a maximum weight of a 15 kg child. A shower room, toilet, sink and towel dryer. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen/living room with a washing machine, dryer, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, rotating heat oven, ceramic hob and microwave. The apartment is fully equipped with new standard radiators for winter evenings. The TV lounge area is furnished with a 140/200 sofa bed, very comfortable for 2 people, south-facing, overlooking a large 15 m2 terrace, also allowing access to the 400 m2 garden and the use of the furniture, outdoor table, armchairs and a gas plancha and its cart for beautiful convivial evenings...
