The space Two centennial olive trees in the garden give the name to this recently renovated flat. The flat is composed of a double bedroom; a single bedroom; a living room with kitchen and sofa bed; the bathroom, with a shower cabin. The flat is suitable for families or groups up to a maximum of 4 people (ideal for 3). The flat is provided with mosquito nets, TV, washing machine in the basement and every kitchen tool you may need. WI-FI and A/C available. The private terrace has a big dining table, so that you can have your meals al fresco, looking at the amazing view of the sea and with a cool refreshing breeze. The apartment and the terrace are entirely at guests' private disposal during their stay. Guests can access the garden at their leisure, however please note that the owners access the garden and the basement weekly for maintenance purposes. There is a gate between the garden and the terrace, to ensure guests' privacy. There are 2 accesses to the apartment: one from Via Cervino and another one from a pedestrian alley that connects Via Cervino to the road below, Via Monte Rosa. By walking along Via Monte Rosa you will get to Piazza Gramsci and the promenade along the sea. It takes only 5 minutes to get there. The flat is on the hill of Castiglione della Pescaia, in a quiet residential area for families called Poggio alle Trincee, near the Medieval castle and village, a very romantic and characteristic spot. COOP and Eurospin supermarkets are both 5 minutes away by car. You'll find excellent local products in the small shops in town. Minimum stay is 1 week. In-person check-in is between 2 pm and 6 pm; check out is by 10 am. Please let us know at booking stage if you plan to arrive after 6 pm. Upon arrival, you will be asked to show your ID (national ID accepted for EU guests, passports for extra EU guests); and comply with any other requirement that might be in place at the time of your arrival (e.g. COVID-19 regulations). RULES OF THE APARTMENT Only guests resulting from the booking will be allowed in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Guests will throw the rubbish and do the dishes before check out. Smoking not allowed inside the flat. Guests are kindly asked to be quiet early in the morning and late at night. Guest access The apartment is entirely reserved to you. You will have full access to every room and the terrace. The owners enter the garden and the basement weekly for maintenance purposes. A gate divides the terrace from the garden. Other things to note The apartment is on the lower part of the hill, therefore it has a beautiful sea view from the bedroom, living, and terrace.
