Coll de Merolla Shelter

It is a farmhouse that has been used as a refuge for more than 25 years. Located in an idyllic mountain setting, at 1090m and at the foot of the road, it is an ideal place to stay, walk through its beautiful forests or simply rest. Good area for hiking or mountain biking with beautiful marked routes and climbing, which can be practiced in the vicinity of the Refuge. For those who want to practice them accompanied by a guide, Toti, the shelter's guard is a certified High Mountain guide. Tranquility assured! The space The Refuge consists of a kitchen-dining room and 4 bedrooms, with capacity for 23 people, with low beds and bunk beds. It is an annex to the main house, which we occupy, where the toilets, the bar and its dining rooms are located... it can be rented in full or by rooms that only the same group will share. We prepare meals and have bar service. It's a small, well-kept and clean retreat. Guest access Community kitchen with all the basics (butane stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans), tables and wood stove, mini boulder for children or adults and plenty of outdoor space. We have a bar service where we prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners for guests Other things to note You have to bring a sleeping bag, the beds are made only with a fitted sheet, cushion and blankets...if you don't have a sleeping bag we can make the bed by paying 2 euros in cash upon arrival... showers are paid separately, they cost 1 euro
