Our home is within walking distance to the famous Currimundi beach, cafes & restaurants. We are only 20 mins drive to Australia Zoo, 45 mins - Noosa, 15 mins - Mooloolaba beach and 5 mins to Kawana University Hospital. Our home is situated on the canal & is eco-friendly generating our own power & water storage. We are fully fenced, which provides total privacy & security during your stay. The room has a garden view. You are welcome to sit & enjoy a coffee/wine on the patio overlooking the water. The space Modern 1 bedroom studio with an ensuite. The room is a seperate building from the main house which provides total independence. It is very private and quiet. It is the perfect base for either a single person or a couple needing accommodation close to the Kawana hospital. The basics are included to help make the stay a pleasant one - being Tea, coffee and milk. The room consists of a four poster queen-sized bed, wall mounted TV, microwave and fridge. Ensuite bathroom consisting of a shower, toilet and vanity. Guest access Located at the front of the house. The room is completely separate to the main house and as such guests have full access to the space without having to interact with anyone else The room has a lovely outlook into the garden.
