You will have access to all of the useful accessories and essentials you would need in order to have a stress-free stay. The property is equipped with: A convertible sofa equipped with a Rapido system, known for its practicality and ease of use, which will easily unfold in seconds, allowing you to rest and dream comfortably on its quality mattress and bedding accessories (pillows, sheets, etc.). Two bedside tables complete the sleeping area A television with cable tv A Mini Super Nintendo with 2 controllers and a hundred or so built-in vintage games A Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your own music A wall-mounted table that folds and unfolds when needed so you can enjoy a meal comfortably or work on your computer A small bar done by myself surrounded by about 10,000 LEGO pieces and a few famous characters A fully equipped kitchenette with all the essentials you would need to cook, such as all kitchen utensils, salt, pepper, olive oil... as well as a microwave, a Nespresso, a French press, and an electric kettle. A wardrobe with hangers and shelves for your clothes, and a large mirror ------------------------------ In the bathroom you will find: A high-end shower cabin and taps An underfloor heating system as well as two heated walls that will keep your towels warm while you enjoy your shower A hairdryer with a diffuser, and a cabinet for your toiletries Bath towels, hand towels, and all the essentials ------------------------------ The property is also equipped with: A powerful wall fan that will keep you fresh on those hot summer days, and an underfloor heating system that you can adjust to your liking and needs in the winter A high-speed WIFI connection - Fiber Optics A steam iron 2 USB adapters, 1 UK-Europe adapter, and a multi-plug extension cord ------------------------------ All rooms, linen, accessories, and equipment will be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Guest access The closest Metro station to the studio is Capitole line A, just a few minutes away. If you choose to take the Tram from the airport, the best option is to exit at the Arènes stop, then (with the same ticket) take the Metro line A (direction Balma Gramont) and exit 4 stops later, at Capitole. If you decide to use the Airport Shuttle service, the best way to get to the studio is to exit at the Toulouse Centre Ville stop (Jeanne D'arc) and then walk for about ten minutes to get to the studio. By Train, you will need to exit at Gare Matabiau and then take the Metro line A (direction Basso Cambo) and exit 2 stops later, at Capitole. Other things to note The property is located on the first floor of a charming little building without a lift. The street, mostly pedestrian, is lively and close to amenities so it can lead to a certain noise. The studio has double-glazed windows to help cancel the noise, but note that it can still be heard.
