A great place for family and friends to gather. A cozy, comfortable house in Harbor Country - accommodates you and yours for a week, a few days or a weekend of fun all year long. The natural setting can be an escape that includes a large deck/yard to relax or light a small fire. Enjoy a beach day or explore the area, the location is without compare. Annie's Attic is close to beaches, state parks, wineries, breweries, restaurants, local wedding venues, antiques, & shops. So much to love here! The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bath with a yard and deck to be able to spread out. There are 2 levels so you can find your space. Whether you want to work or play, there is plenty space. There is parking in the back for your vehicles. The house is surrounded on 3 sides by trees to create a relaxing getaway. Guests can self check-in with a keyless door pad and have access to the house and all its amenities. We give our guests privacy and do not come to the property unless we need to take care of something. If we are coming to the house we will let you know. We are available for questions and concerns by phone or text and our numbers are listed in the welcome binder in the house. We have a no pet policy but could provide some resources for boarding them in the area. Close to Warren Woods State Park, walking trails, and Warren Dunes State park with beaches and trails to explore. Close to South Bend and Notre Dame within 30-40 mins drive. Only 20 minutes from Michigan City and outlet mall. Close to wineries, breweries, wedding venues, restaurants and all the SW Michigan shore area has to offer. Within blocks of Lake Michigan and beaches are near. Grocery stores and restaurants available within a 5-10 minute drive. A list of Restaurants, Area Attractions as well as Wineries and Breweries is provided in our home. One does need a vehicle to get around. Check in is at 4 eastern or after, sometimes the house may be available earlier. When we communicate we can discuss the best time for all. Check out is at 10 am in high season and if we have back to back reservations. Feel free to inquire for an alternate time.
