We have created this lovely little stand alone house to share with those who love the to be close to the beach yet enjoy some space away from the hustle and bustle of busier tourist areas. Enjoy the trees, some space and great bird life! The house is modern and completely separate from the main house. * Please note, there is a shared driveway. The house is completely surrounded by both native vegetation and seasonal fruit trees. There is nothing you need to do but relax and enjoy your time here! The space This lovely contemporary air conditioned getaway is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom completely separate house from our main home. The 2nd bedroom can be used as a TV room for a couple or utilized as a second bedroom with a good quality generous double size sofa bed. Modern with quality furnishings, very comfy, well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Beautiful gardens and bird life with a great deck that runs the length of the house you can sit back, relax and enjoy it all from your day bed. Minutes to Peregian Village's eclectic shops and great restaurants and cafes. A 20 minute drive will get you to Noosa's Hastings Street or Gympie Terrace at Noosaville, with an amazing choice of fantastic restaurants and cafes. A 20 minute drive to the famous Eumundi Markets. Coles supermarket is 5 minutes away at Peregian Springs. If you love your space you will get it, we will totally respect your privacy, however knowing you may text us and request any assistance if you may need it. Guest access All within a short drive, 20 minutes or less are Noosa, Eumundi, Noosaville, Coolum. Great places to eat, play and explore with lovey walks, why not climb Mount Coolum and enjoy the incredible view. Peregian Beach is 7 minutes away, also easy access to Coles supermarket in Peregian Springs. This space is completely separate and self contained from the main residence. A car is needed as there is no direct public transport option from the house. Other things to note The space is a 2 bedroom house and we have set up the second bedroom with a sofa bed and TV which means that couples can enjoy a separate area to the kitchen and dining area to relax in. If 4 people stay it is simply just a case of pulling out the sofa and you have a double bed ready to go. There is also a laundry area in the house for people to use.
