As it was originally used as an artist's accommodation for exhibitions You can feel the pretty and cozy sensibility. Also, as it is a private house, you can turn up the music or enjoy the accommodation quietly. There is a swimming pool within a 5-minute walk, and across the Joung Swimming Bridge, it is connected to Cinema Center and Shinsegae Centum Department Store. You can take a walk, and the flower road is really beautiful in spring and autumn.
