Easter minimum tariff is $580 The space Yellow Cottage #87 Sanctuary Point Road, has a large open lounge with an easterly view overlooking well maintained native parkland on the foreshore of St Georges Basin. #87 sleeps 5+ and has the following bed setup: bedroom 1: queenbed, bedroom 2: double bed with single bunk overhead (i.e. a triple bunk). + 1 folddown single campbed. Tariffs displayed are for two adults. Add $15 per adult extra, + children's tariff (if applicable) Children: 1-5yrs $5 per night each, 6-12yrs $10 pn, 13yrs+ $15 pn ea There is plenty of off-street parking and a back yard with room to hose down water sports equipment or car. It's just a one minute drive from Palm Beach which is a great family swimming beach that is very safe for children. A boat ramp is located just 900m along Sanctuary Point Road adjoining a family friendly reserve which is very popular for windsurfing. Guest access Guests can park in the back yard of #87. Shared clothes-line in 87's backyard. Other things to note Minimum 5 night booking during first 3 weeks of Summer school holidays Long weekends minimum 3 night booking. KANGAROOS are frequent visitors to the yards in Sanctuary Point. Drive slowly & watch out for them on the streets.
