Wonderful house + nature in CPH.

Spacious house 140 sqm in scandinavian style, lovely garden facing south, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, spacious living room, 100m to beautiful lake and nature reserve, 100 m to buslines directly to central Copenhagen, 10 min. drive to beach and citycenter. Quiet neighborhood. The space New architect designed house very near to areas for walking, running or bird watching. The house is a converted old warehouse and has a 4,5 m high ceiling with small open lofts. Livingroom: A big central living room with integrated dining-area with dining-table for 8, sitting room/TV area (computer TV, no cable TV), and a workspace. The large slidingdoors to the sunterrace and garden allow a lot of light into the house all day. We appreciate art and design, and our home is equipped with modern danish furniture and art. Kitchen: Large kitchen with breakfast area for 4 people, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave-oven, water boiler and streaming stereo. The kitchen is well-equipped and is provided with all the basics including oil, vinegar, salt, flour, herbs etc. Feel free to use it, and we would be happy if you replace what you may use up. A freshly baked bread, butter and jam will welcome you for the first day. Bedooms: The master bedroom has a big double bed (160 x 200cm) with a private bathroom and a patio door to the garden. The 2 other bedrooms in the other end of the house both have double beds (160 x200 cm ), patio doors to the garden and a shared bathroom. These bedrooms each have a little loft with an extra bed that is accessible by a ladder. All beds are fitted with light summer duvets. Sleeps 4-8 total. Garden: The small japanese-inspired garden is completely secluded, with a lovely wooden sunterrace facing south. There are sun beds, parasols and other garden furniture. There is also a cosy evening fireplace (mexican iron-stove), a barbecue and a small garden pond only 15cm deep. The garden, pots and plants are watered automatically. Just 5 min walk to shops, 1 shopping bike at the house for your use. Only 15 min. drive to the city center, 25 min. by bike. The house is close to the coast with harbours and beaches at Svanemøllen, Hellerup, Charlottenlund and Klampenborg. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal, excepting our private closets. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, hairdryer, stereo with jazz, folk and classical music, DVDplayer and smartTV with a computer. We have 1 adjustable shopping bike for your use. No parties are allowed. Other things to note If you come by Metro and bus from the airport, go to Nørreport station and take either bus 6A, arriving 200m from our house. If you take a cab from the airport, ask the driver to go by Christianshavns Torv(square) and Sølvgade, that is the shortest and cheapest route (aprx. 47€ ). We supply the house with maps and brochures of what to do in Copenhagen. Nearby you find a large hospital (Bispebjerg Hospital) with an emergency room.
