In the first floor you find 3 small bed rooms, 1 basement living room that converts to a bed room, laundry room, bathroom with toilet, plus a separate toilet. In the second floor you have a modern kitchen, large dining table, comfortable lounge, multi-purpose room that converts to a bed room, balcony on the front with a lounge you will fall in love with, terrace at the back with a smaller dining table, barbecue and access to a nice common lawn. Guest access You will have accsess to the entire place.
