The house has 1 shared bathroom . 1 room for 1 or 2 people - Book for 1-2 people 2 rooms for 2 or 3 people - Book for 3 people 2 rooms for 4 people - Book for 4 people *1 Dog/2 CatS roam the home but not guest rooms. This is an older home that over the years has been updated to be a great cozy place to chill out. Back yard is wonderful for that. If you are looking for sleek and modern this is not the place for you. It's eclectic comfort, clean, and welcoming. Minutes from Anywhere in Bend ~ especially walking downtown~ Pilot Butte right acoss the street for magnificent views of mountains on a sunny day! Read the reviews and get it booked! Guest access Come in through the front deck/door. There is a keypad for quick and easy entry. There is plenty of room to park in the driveway or in front of the home. During your stay Please note that I do live here and rent out bedrooms. I (and my partner Mikey, Gemini the Dog and 2 cats) will be around the home to answer any questions, have lively conversation or just let you be! I urge you to make yourself comfortable. Other things to note if you have pet allergies, please note this home has 1 dog and 2 cats. Smoking is allowed outside but not inside. Cans will be provided for any butts:) Dust can be an issue in Central Oregon with the dry climate and use of the wood stove in the winter as well. I try and minimize the dust as much as possible. The backyard is fenced and secure for your furry friends. There are some GREAT spots to eat in walking distance including Pilot Butte Drive-In voted Bend's Best Burger for like 17 years! A walk/hike up Pilot Butte is just across the street and the views are incredible! If the weather permits, the back area is GREAT to sit around the fire pit fall and winter. Rental includes the bringing your pets, hot tub, use of the home and outdoor spaces. Come...you won't regret it!
