The complex is located in a well built community, situated in a quiet cul de sac. The building is near a cafe , hotel, convenient shops, laundry ,water, and computer station . It is accessible to public transportation and taxis alike. It is also close to all tourist spots, restaurants, and bus station. It is about 4.7 km drive to SM baguio, Session road and about 15-20 mins to major tourist spots. The building is a medium rise condo with only 6 floors, of which the unit is a 20 sqm studio located on the 5th floor with a nice view as there is no building obstruction, you have a good view of the mountain. There is a secure parking in the area as well.
