Treehouse Lounge is open during 10:00 am to 10:00 pm UPON request & availably. (message us for inquiries) Please be respectful of other guests during quiet hours; quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am, unless a guest rents for private events. Street parking is available 24/7. Other things to note The Downtown Studio is a 2 story Studio with NO elevator access. If you are unable to safely and easily climb a flight of stairs, please DO NOT rent this Studio. On-site THCA Café: Depot Village is also home to a cozy THCA Café located on the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy the relaxed, community atmosphere during their stay. Café hours vary by day and may change due to events or special programming. Pet Policy • Dogs are welcome. • Cats are not permitted due to allergies and to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests. • A $50 pet fee per dog, per stay applies • All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. • If more than one dog is brought, additional pet fees will be requested through the platform. • If a guest changes to a different unit with their dog, they’ll need to pay another pet fee for the new unit. • Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by pets. • Undisclosed pets or cats may result in additional charges or cancellation. Events & Party Policy To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests, parties are not permitted inside the units. Guests may rent the designated event space separately; events may be hosted there once the space has been rented and approved.
