Old renovated barn of 200 m² with swimming pool Composed of four bedrooms, a 60 m² mezzanine, 2 bathrooms, a 60 m² covered terrace Away from the center of the village, the house is located between a wood and corn fields, 400 meters from a lake and other walks. Located in the countryside in a village of 800 inhabitants, 25 km from Pau, 1.5 hours from the ocean and 1.5 hours from the mountains. Quiet guaranteed The space *On the ground floor; Living room/ kitchen with double sofa bed Cellar with machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, as well as many small appliances. A hall/office, a toilet, a large bedroom with bathroom. *On the 1 st floor: - a large mezzanine with two permanent beds and the space to put mattresses if necessary, - a hall with storage cabinet - a bedroom with a 90 cm bed, -two bedrooms with 140 cm beds, - a bathroom with toilet. The children have left many games/toys for the whole family available in the mezzanine upstairs for you to use. *Outdoor: 60 m² covered terrace with garden furniture and dining table, barbecue, plancha Swimming pool with wooden terrace, garden and outdoor games and swing. (bicycles, badminton, archery, pétanque ball, scooter, balls...) We leave you with many small household appliances, raclette, fryer (to be used outside only), croque-monsieur machine... you can use them. For all the toys and equipment made available, we ask that you take care of them and put them back where they were found. The house is equipped with fiber, no worries for teleworkers We have a free-range rabbit that you will surely see in the garden during your stay, it lets you approach it but there is little chance of petting it! You will find a blue manual on the table when you arrive, there will be all the information about the house in general (remote controls, switches, velux, alarm, doors, shutters, wifi, use of appliances...) as well as tips for visits in the area. But if necessary, I will be happy to share our favorites in the area during our exchanges Only the people planned during the rental are allowed to come and/or stay in the house during your stay, please let us know of any changes to the planned guests.
