This large bright studio apartment has a stunning view from 100 m above the ground. Have Cologne at your feet and enjoy a 180 degree view on the Cathedral and the whole city. In walking distance to the vibrant student district as well as quite parks. The space The apartment is located on the 35th floor of a modern high rise building with views of Cologne and the famous cathedral from its 6 m wide floor-to-ceiling windows. It is fully equipped with almost everything you will need for daily life including working desk, kitchen furniture, tools and dishes, Wifi, internet radio, etc. The double size bed (140 x 200 cm) is perfect for a couple or single tenant and will have clean sheets on your arrival. Fresh towels are provided in the bathroom. The flat has a pleasant wooden flooring and is neatly furnished with a clean and spacious feel. The sleeping area is slightly raised above floor level to separate it from the main living area by a sliding screen. A 24 hour reception desk announces visitors to you before opening the door and assists you with receiving packages and other needs. Guest access The apartment is of course all yours while you rent it. You can use the large wardrobe which you see on one of the photos for your clothes and belongings. The dishes and kitchen tools are there for you to use. A few times a year when I am back in Germany I use this apartment myself so I keep the place neat and tidy. My personal stuff is stored away and locked in some of the furniture you see in the photos. You have access to the building's laundry facilities (everyday until 10 pm) and you will find the payment card for using them in the apartment at the wall in the entrance area. Other things to note After each checkout the apartment is cleaned thoroughly and professionally by a dedicated cleaner, and of course all sheets and towels are exchanged. You can checkout without having to worry about any of this. If you rent the apartment for more than 10 days there will be a free of charge mandatory weekly cleaning service coming to the apartment.
