Maximalism meets jungalow glam in our best expression of modern Hollywood Regency for the Rose City. Hand-painted cranes and geometric tropical boho murals, alongside gilded and colorful decor, adorn this centrally-located, mid-century-ranch artist’s home. Private access to 2BR/1BA home, includes a full kitchen, dining area, and sunset views of the West Hills from the front deck. The space Our home sits high up off the street, with giant front windows, serving gorgeous views of the West Hills. Unfortunately, this means we have a large number of steps up to the unit, and it is not accessible for people who cannot use stairs. Open-concept living/dining/kitchen with colorful maximalist decor. The Jade Room has a queen-sized bed, vintage vanity, and a pop of black and gold arced wallpaper for a Deco feel. The Jungle Room has a queen-sized bed, built in additional office space, and extra-large closet. Our Boho Chic Office/Den has a hand painted mural with a whisper of the tropics, a sleeper sofa, TV and built in standing desk office space for flexible use. The Bathroom is equipped with extra-large, vintage mirrored vanity, rainwater shower head, and tub. Guest access Private 2BR/1BA, main-floor of home, front garden and sunset deck. The owner lives onsite in the basement apartment. The backyard is not available for guest use. Other things to note While we understand, stuff happens, please communicate with us about any damage to the property, broken items, or spills that could stain. We would much rather have the opportunity to address the issues quickly and avoid charging guests for replacements/repairs as much as possible.
