We welcome you to our fully renovated open concept spacious home in a quiet, mature neighbourhood. Modern finishing’s can be found throughout this 2 storey home with large bedrooms and plenty of space to enjoy with friends and family. There are 2 HUGE decks to enjoy as well. The upper deck has a hot tub and 8 person patio set with umbrella and patio heater. The lower deck has an umbrella and wicker patio set along with the BBQ. (New pictures of the yard will be up soon). The space This home can most comfortably sleep 6 people in the 3 bedrooms, but we can provide a double mattress for the basement living room to sleep an additional 1-2 people. You can even have a guest sleep on the basement couch and main floor couch if required, which would bring the max capacity up to 10. This is our primary home, so keep in mind we do have personal decor and pictures out. We will not be on the property during any guest visit though. Main floor: The main floor has an open concept living room with big screen smart TV, casual dining room and kitchen with an island. All fully renovated with giant fridge / freezer. The kitchen is also equipped with a gas stove / range, RO tap, and garburator. There is also a formal dining area with a table. In this formal dining room there is also a beautiful wood burning fireplace. On the main floor you will also find the washer / dryer as well as a 2- piece bathroom. 2nd Storey: The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a King bed with ensuite (3-piece including shower). There is also a walk in closet with room to hang clothes. You’ll also be able to use both night stands. Bedroom 2 is on the 2nd floor as well, it has a queen bed and large closet, along with a nightstand. There is a full bathroom on the 2nd floor complete with tub / shower, sink and toilet. Basement: -In the basement is bedroom 3, which is quite large and has a double bed and big closet. There is a living room with a sectional, which can sleep 1 guest if needed. In this basement living room is where we can supply a double mattress if needed for 1-2 guests. There is also a 3-piece bathroom which includes a shower. Backyard / Deck: NEWLY RENOVATED -Now this is something you will REALLY enjoy! -You will have full access to the 2 decks with patio / dining furniture as well as the BBQ & hot tub. There is also a large backyard which would be great for kids! Guest access There are 2 available parking spots in the driveway, as well as on street parking.
