We are so close to everything Waco! Across the street from Cameron Park/Zoo. Only minutes from Baylor, Silos, Dr. Pepper Museum, Mammoth National Mnt, Waco Surf park and more. Our home is set up to hold plenty of guest with common areas that work great for socializing, games/activities and then with creative options, it quickly turns into a great place for additional sleeping. ADA friendly STR00001343 Max 10 The space We have designed this house to accommodate families and groups of friends. We have a crib, pack n play and a high chair to even accommodate the little ones. Please make sure to request these items before arrival. Pets are allowed with prior approval and additional cleaning fees. (See below for details) If you have a large group, please note that we do charge for extra guest. You will find a large table to play board games or just sit and visit with friends/family. The indoor laundry room is there for your use as well. We kindly request no smoking on or in the property. If smoking is detected, a minimum of $500 cleaning fee will apply. We are also set up to accommodate handicap guest. Please message us for more details. We have a large fire pit with plenty of seating for all to enjoy! The back yard is fully gated and there's plenty of room for kids or your furry friends. Entrance is through the backdoor and covered parking is provided. This entire area is free from any steps and can easily be maneuvered by a wheelchair. Please note that under amenities it states the front door is fully accessible but in this home’s case, it’s the backdoor. Please note, we DO NOT ALLOW any form of smoking, including vaping. We have external cameras for your protection and ours. There are cameras near each entrance and the driveway area. Guest access You have the entire house, including the indoor laundry room. The smart lock allows you to come and go as you wish. Other things to note There’s plenty of parking in the back for up to 6 vehicles and a covered carport for up to 2 vehicles. All parking and entrance is via the back alleyway. Please note, no smoking please.
