The Emerald Cottage retreat - close to beaches

We fell in love with this property the moment we both saw it. Native birds and kangaroos are regular local visitors. The cottage is situated on a beautifully landscaped 2.5 acres and it is approximately 5 - 10 minutes away from great beaches, shopping centres, and restaurants. Our own home is also situated on the property – but it is separate from the cottage – so you can enjoy total privacy – or feel free to come and have a chat, if the mood takes you. The space The cottage is large and comprises three bedrooms, lounge and dining room etc, plus there is a BBQ area on the veranda. The area is peaceful and relaxing, and there are some great places to go for a walk and enjoy the local scenery. The kitchen is well equipped, for those wanting to use their cooking skills. Alternatively, if you just want to relax, there are some great restaurants etc nearby. We have tried to keep an “Australiana” theme throughout, as we just love sharing our passion for the local Aussie landscape. Our overseas guests have told us how much they enjoy staying here and experiencing a culture different from their own. We have tried to set up the cottage to be comfortable and make our guests feel relaxed and “at home”, which works well for both holiday-makers, or travellers who are here for work purposes. Guest access The property is not near public transport, so you will need your own vehicle to get around the local area. There is ample parking inside the property next to the cottage. Note: If you are a traveller here on business, there is also enough room to park your work vehicle/s. Other things to note There are great restaurants nearby and it is close to shopping centres.
