Conveniently located near downtown St. Augustine attractions, my crescent beach home is a perfect place to relax and getaway with friends, family, or even solo. Listen to the sound of ocean at night while gazing at stars in this tranquil hideaway. The space This quiet beach house is just south of St.Augustine, only a short walk (10 min) from the beach and 15 minute drive from downtown historic district and 20 minute drive from Tanger Outlets. Enjoy dinner and drinks outdoors while watching beautiful sunsets and wildlife on the canal connected to the ICW. Bring a kayak or use the one provided drop off the back of the house and paddle to the Inter-coastal Waterway in minutes. If your a fisherman take the kayak out or just cast off the back of the house. Short drive from I-95 and US-1. Also near-by marinas for boat launching. Plenty of parking and room for a boat trailer. Very quiet neighborhood. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeps two adult couples, it's also dog friendly (less than 25lbs, $ fee for dogs. Please contact us for permission before you bring a dog). Guests have access to the entire house and property. Kitchen is fully stocked and accessible. Wine cooler. Charcoal BBQ is available as well. Guests will be issued a passcode for front door access. This house is in a great location. Close to the beach and nearby highways. Access to downtown without all the congestion. The neighborhood is not overly developed though it offers a variety of local restaurants within a few minute drive. Feel like venturing south, Flagler beach is another quaint beach town a scenic 20 minute drive on A1a. For more action head further south only 45 minutes to Daytona Beach. Walking distance to beach but a vehicle may be easier to carry your gear. Public parking is offered, and vehicles are permitted on beach, though must be a 4x4. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. You will find everything you need for this home away from home, just pack a suitcase. There is an additional fee of 4% for local county taxes. The house has two bedrooms with queen sized beds. If you desire additional guests you must communicate your request prior, additional fees may apply. Other things to note Check out all our reviews.
