Peaceful, large studio on the edge of Bath

Up the hill from the centre of Bath is the historic village of Combe Down, Known for the stunning country walks in the woods and hills of the Bath Skyline. You have peace and quiet here with the historic city on your doorstep . It’s a fair walk down but there are buses or you can drive. You have your own front door and driveway parking behind gates plus access to the large garden. I live in the adjacent house .Broadband is excellent. If you stay for a month or more you should like cats. The space You enter through your our own front door and can park in my private, gated drive. On this level you have a basic kitchen with sink, 2 electric cooking rings, fridge and small freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster. Note there is no oven. Go up 2 steps to the shower room and toilet. 9 more steps takes you to your huge studio room 6m x6m . There are areas within the large room for sleep, relaxation, dining and study . You have a sitting area with TV and 2 cream leather sofas, desk, dining table and chairs, some limited hanging space and cupboard space. Guest access Parking behind gates in my private drive. Other things to note The Studio is for max 2 adults . Or 1 adult and a child.
