Our family room is fairly large with a Super king size bed, a double pull out sofa bed, we also provide child’s travel cot if needed. Windows look on to garden views with large trees and shrubs, there is a swing for children to play on and various garden games, the large garden is enclosed and private. We have red squirrels and pheasants coming into the garden as well as various birds, woodpecker, buzzards and an owl at night. A very peaceful location with many lovely walks around the estate. The space Guests have their own bathroom right next to their room. They also have their own sitting/dining room with large smart TV, PlayStation, Netflix and Amazon prime. There’s also large fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. Guests can enjoy a comfortable recliner sofa and chair. Guest access Bedroom, bathroom, guest sitting/dining room and back and front garden. Other things to note We’re 2 miles from the fishing town of Arbroath and 2 miles from the beautiful beach of Lunan Bay. Registration details 540953147
