Located .5 miles from the big house and less than 1 mile to downtown, this 4 bedroom 2.5 bath is in the charming Old West Side. Out of respect for the quiet neighborhood (which is a plus!) this house is not for large tailgating parties but rather a nice way to enjoy Ann Arbor ... and a short walk to football games. I am local and fully available for questions during the stay!
