Stable Cottage, Tanybryn Church Bay

One of two attached bespoke holiday lets in Rhydwyn near Church Bay. Set in the 3.5 acre grounds of a former Anglesey farmhouse which is now our family home. Stable Cottage can sleep four in comfort with two bedrooms, one kingsize and one twin, a wet room and log burner for chilly evenings. The cottage is less than a mile from a beautiful beach and superb coastal walks. The space Stable Cottage at Tan Y Bryn is a delightful and purpose built two bedroom cottage in the rural hamlet of Rhydwyn which is less than a mile from the beautiful Beach at Church Bay with easy access to the stunning Anglesey coastal path. The cottage is fully equipped with comfortable beds, luxurious bedding and a cosy log burner. There is a King Size in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining area where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent views across to the bay less than a mile away. The cottage has its own private garden with a decked seating area and lawn and plenty of room for a barbecue. Tan y Bryn is situated in the north west of Anglesey. We are half an hour from the mainland and 15 minutes from Holyhead making Tan Y Bryn the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Isle of Anglesey The beautiful resorts of Cemaes Bay and Trearddur Bay are nearby. We are also privileged to have one of Anglesey's finest eateries on our doorstep - The Lobster Pot. There is also a great pub just down the road - the Church Bay Inn has a great beer garden and the views are spectacular. Visitors must not miss the chance to drop in for a pint on the way home from the beach. Parking space at the cottage is plentiful and we also have a three and a half acre paddock for you to explore. Well behaved dogs are welcome. The cottages at Tan Y Bryn were formed when the old barns at Tan Y Bryn were converted more than 15 years ago. They are attached to our family home and as such we are always on hand should our guests need us. We have lived on Anglesey for more than 40 years and hope our visitors will love it here as much as we do. Please bear in mind though that this is a quiet backwater so if you crave nights out it probably isn't for you. Ample parking at the beach means this is not a problem. Guest access Guests have access to a private garden and decking area and a three and a half acre paddock. There is a log burner and we have a 32 inch smart TV with basic Sky plus free unlimited fast broadband/wifi.( no WiFi in the bedrooms) The cottage has a ramp access with parking nearby. There is also a wet room. Although suitable for some with limited mobility, there is a small step up from the living room into the beds and bathroom. There is also a step down from the decking onto the lawn. Parking surface is gravel. Other things to note The cottage is one of two adjoining properties connected internally and so may be of interest to parties of up to eight subject to availability. Please ask for more details. Both cottages are completely private. WiFi is available but does not reach the bedrooms. Most 4g networks are available in the area.
