Spacious Guest Suite Close to Downtown Annapolis

Inviting and spacious guest suite with private entrance and bathroom. Approximately 600 sq. ft. Five to 10-minute drive to downtown Annapolis and Naval Academy. Located in quiet water privileged community with a community beach and playground. Sitting room includes breakfast table, counter/cabinet combination with refrigerator, Microwave and Keurig. As hosts, we take great pride in taking care of our guests. And, guests from all backgrounds are welcome in our home! The space Lower level guest space has private entrance and is a bright space with windows and a sliding glass door. The space is updated and clean. Guest access Guest suite access via a flagstone path in the back of our house to steps down to a patio and secure, lockable sliding glass door entrance. During your stay We are available to assist you throughout your stay with us either in person or via phone. Other things to note We are in a beautiful area off Chase Creek, near the Severn River and Chesapeake Bay. This is a non-smoking house. Owners are allergic. No smoking is allowed inside or outside.
