Guest access Guests have full, exclusive use of the entire first floor during their stay, including: • Their own private room • The spacious shared terrace (covered outdoor lounge with seating, tables, and panoramic views) • All hallways and common areas on the first floor Entry & Arrival Guests enter the house from the back, accessed through a small lane on the side of the property. We’ll provide clear directions and any necessary keys/codes upon booking confirmation for a smooth arrival. Parking Free on-site parking is provided inside the property for one vehicle per booking (secure and convenient—first-come, first-served basis). Please let us know in advance if you plan to use it so we can reserve your spot. The ground floor is our private family home and is not part of the guest accommodation.
