Clean towels and linen, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, toaster, microwave and electric kettle are available. *This room accommodates up to 2persons due to the size of the room, but if you want to add 1 more person (total 3persons), please feel free to ask us! Guest access Your residence is your home! Please use all the things in the apartment during your stay in Kyoto. Other things to note ※Please do not take out the goods of the room. Check in: after 3PM Check out time: 10AM ※ Please consider neighborhood between 10PM and 8AM the next morning. ■No shoes allowed ■ Smoking is prohibited inside and around the property. In case of guests smoked in the room, cleaning fee of 5000JPY and AC cleaning fee of 5000JPY are required as a fine. If AC cleaning is unnecessary, only cleaning fee 5000JPY will be charged. ■ Please don’t leave your stuff in the apartment when checking-out. Unfortunately some of the irresponsible guests leave their stuff (suitcases, clothes and other things) in the apartment without informing us. In Japan, if you want to discard something big (suitcases, furniture, futon etc) we need to inform & ask the city council to come and pick them up. We need to pay for that of course. So if you want us to discard your suitcase, please let us know in advance and pay the fee. ★For discarding, 3000 JPY (per suitcase) will be charged. ■ When sending forgotten items after checkout, we will charge shipping fee and handling fee.Your forgotten items are kept for two week. Please note that we will dispose of you if there is no contact. ■About accommodation tax. Kyoto city has obliged all travelers to pay accommodation tax to Kyoto City separately from the accommodation fee. I'm so sorry but I have to request you the payment. We appreciate your understanding. *The accommodation tax amount will change from March 2026. 400 yen x 〇 nights x 〇 persons = accommodation tax +++ABOUT ACCOMMODATION FORM & PASSPORT COPIES+++ We kindly ask you to submit accommodation forms and passport copies of all the guests staying in our guesthouse after completing your reservation with us.
