If you would like the convenience of renting near downtown, a unique house, and a great host, book now… The space TWO MILES from DOWNTOWN Atlanta, 12 MINUTES, 9 miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson AIRPORT with MARTA BUS stop outside the front door step. This is a 1920 Bungalow - newly renovated home top to bottom. Four spacious rooms, 12ft ceiling w/ fans, with dimmable recessed lights throughout. Hardwood floors anchor the property with huge windows that allow for plenty of natural light. This house has Four nice size rooms with an open concept, a front porch and a rear 18 x 18 deck with plenty of seating. The private room is located at the rear of the property, between the private bedroom and shared bathroom is the mud/laundry room. The private room has a window, private closet and immediately across the mudroom is the shared bathroom. The shared bathroom will only be shared with other AirBnB guest. The room has immediate access to the back patio from the mudroom. This property also gets monthly pest control from Orkin to minimize insects, etc. There is a cleaning fee added as I provide clean wash clothes and towels to all guest. Soap, shampoo, lotion, iron and ironing board. The house is open beside a few locked/ restricted areas. Pride myself on cleanliness and promise this is one of the cleanest listing on AirBnB. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF IMMEDIATELY IN ALL COMMON AREAS. No 3rd Party bookings on behalf of others, unless previously discussed with host. Host has right to cancel booking if the person who books the space isn’t the person staying. All host has right to cancel if any illegal activity occurs on property. If host is suspicious of any questions guest activity guest will be escorted off property and no refund issued, this includes AirBnB fraud and scams. No lounging in common areas! This is a shared property please be mindful of others resting/ sleeping, 11P - 7A quiet hours throughout house daily (Sunday-Saturday). NOTE: All Foreign Travelers will need to have access to a US SIM, phone number with text message capability and the ability to download the Smartlock app from either the Apple or Android store. These are requirements to gain access to the Smartlock to gain access to the property. The use of the US APP store is required. Guest access Guest can access all common areas including kitchen, decks and porches.
