Lovingly renovated apartment with private access in a thatched half-timbered house in a quiet location in the Müggendorf district. The space The apartment is accessed via a private entrance. This creates pleasant privacy. The living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom lead off from the entrance hall with a wardrobe. BEDROOMS The bedroom offers a large double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) with new latex mattresses, a cozy reading corner and a walk-in closet. LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN It is a living room with an integrated kitchen. Start your morning right with the Nespresso capsule machine and an electric milk frother. If handmade coffee is preferred, a French press is available. Also provided is a kettle and toaster. Cooking can be done on a 2-burner induction stove or in the oven. Otherwise, everything you need for cooking is available. In the living room there is a cozy sofa bed, which can be prepared very quickly into a sleeping accommodation for up to two people (1.60 x 2.00 m). If it rains, an LED TV with Amazon FireTV stick with Amazon Prime is available. And Alexa fulfills every music request at any time. BATHROOM The shower room has plenty of storage space. A towel radiator ensures preheated towels. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. OUTDOORS In front of the apartment there is a large terrace with a gas grill, where you can enjoy morning coffee, the BBQ or an evening nightcap. There are sufficient parking spaces for cars on the premises. SURROUNDINGS The apartment is very quiet in the district of Müggendorf outside Otterndorf. If you are looking to slow down, this is the place to be. The dike is a 15-minute walk away. The green beach and the lake landscape in Otterndorf (with water sports park, beach chair rental, various restaurants, play barn for children, etc.) can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. In 15 minutes you are in the center of Otterndorf by bike. By car, it's 5 minutes. Otterndorf itself offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Cuxhaven, with its numerous leisure activities, can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. ..................................................................... On site, a guest fee of €2.50 or €3.00 (May 1 - September 15) per person per day is payable for guests aged 18 and over. For this you get a guest card, which includes numerous vouchers and discounts for activities in and around Otterndorf. The guest contribution will be paid by us to the city of Otterndorf. If you plan to travel by train: between Otterndorf and Mueggendorf there is a bus connection and the possibility to use a shared taxi.
