Cozy B&B located in the heart of the beautiful "Garden of the Sorrento Peninsula," Massa Lubrense. The spectacular Island of Capri is literally in our "back yard," offering breathtaking views and close proximity to desirable travel destinations such as the world-famous Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Pompeii, and the amazing local beaches. Silvios Rooms is the perfect location for relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying the charming Italian countryside. Our rooms are large, basic, and very clean. The space Silvios Rooms is the ancestral home of Silvio’s family, dating back many generations. This authentic Italian Villa has been beautifully renovated into a charming B&B, offering spacious rooms with large private bathrooms, private entrances, heating, air conditioning, and comfortable furnishings. The villa comprises four rooms: Room #1 is a double, Room #2 and Room #3 are triples, and Room #4 is a quadruple. The entire villa can be rented, accommodating up to 12 guests with 10 beds across 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms. Feel free to inquire about room availability. Guest access The property offers a shared outdoor area with stunning panoramic views of the island of Capri, complemented by a common parking area for residents and guests. During your stay Silvio and Tamara live onsite and are available during reasonable daytime hours and for emergency night hours. They enjoy meeting new people and making new friends, allowing guests to decide the level of interaction they prefer. Silvio is multilingual, speaking Italian, Spanish, some Portuguese, English, and French, while Tamara speaks English and some Italian. Other things to note The Community Council of Massa Lubrense requires a €2.50 per person, per night Holiday Tax, which will be collected in cash at the time of stay.
