This is a home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and laundry. The house is located in an area called Chandra Layout in Bangalore, 10-min. walk to Attiguppe metro train station. One of the pictures has our exact address. Pls make sure the location works for you before making the reservation. *** Please DO NOT ask us to share our phone number before booking. We will not negotiate or work with you directly. If you have questions please message me through the Airbnb app. *** The space This newly painted home is on the 4th floor approximately 1,000 sqft with great views all around. It is a completely private home, which means that once you get on the 4th floor, the guests will not be sharing the space with anyone. The elevator goes only up to the 3rd floor. You will need to take the stairs to go up to the 4th floor. The full space including the terrace is yours to enjoy. It is perfect for small families, people traveling for work, couples, or tourists. Please note that there is a limit of 4 guests in our home. In certain cases, we may permit up to 2 additional guests, but you will need prior permission from us. There will be an additional charge of Rs. 300 per night, per guest. We can provide sleeping bags for the additional guests. Guest access The guests have full access to the home which includes a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. It also has a great open terrace which is great to spend some quiet time. Other things to note ***** PLEASE READ THESE BEFORE BOOKING OUR PLACE ***** 1. This home is our home that we use for ourselves when we visit Bangalore. The home is also in a very family-friendly neighborhood. With this in mind, we like to rent it out to only small families, tourists, and people visiting Bangalore for business. If your stay may include any activities that are not family-friendly, ( excessive alcohol consumption, parties, etc.) please do not book this place. Any family unfriendly activities will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time, even during the middle of your stay. 2. We are renting out this place up to a maximum of 4 guests, including children. Under no circumstances we will not allow additional guests to stay overnight. 3. All guests will be required to provide a government-issued ID. 4. The primary renter of the house should be 25 years or older. 5. We will not entertain any bookings outside of Airbnb. Please do not ask. 6. We work extra hard to keep the house clean to provide you with a pleasant experience. We expect you to leave the house in the condition that it was given to you. If the place is left without cleaning, we reserve the right to make a claim against your deposit with Airbnb. OTHER AMENITIES IN THE HOUSE 1. The kitchen has a 3-burner gas range, knife set, cooking pans, plates, serving bowls, wine, and other beverage glasses. There are grocery stores within walking distance. Guests are free to use all of the above kitchen equipment to cook for themselves. 2. There are several board games available in the kid's rooms for guests to enjoy. 3. For entertainment, we have a 50” HD TV with streaming apps. 4. High-speed wireless internet. 5. We have a very handy building caretaker who is available to help our guests. He can run small errands such as getting groceries, picking up food, etc. Please work with him directly when using his services. 6. 3 air conditioning units cool every living space of the house. 7. The house has a UPS (uninterrupted power supply equipment) and a fully backed-up generator, so you will never be without power.
