Spa heating is included. Please inquire about winter pool heating for an additional fee. The space Peaceful House with Mountain Views - 1100 sq feet -Flat screen TV in living room with ROKU internet TV including Netflix access, Amazon Prime Video, High-Speed Wi-Fi (note: no local TV programming). -Ample closet space, attached hotel-style safe -Kitchen with ice maker, dishwasher; 4 unit gas stove, microwave, 12 cup drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine (please supply your own pods), fruit juicer. Wine, champagne, martini, and water glasses. Pots, pans and utensils normal to a kitchen are provided. - Central air for heating and cooling and ceiling fans for additional airflow. Perfect to keep you cool in hot summer months. -Residential neighborhood with full-time residents and seasonal guests. -Please respect neighbors.
