Detached house, 2 km from the highway and airport and connected to the historic center in 7 minutes by train! The house, with a large sun terrace, is in a super quiet private courtyard where only our guests have access! Maximum privacy and relaxation!!! The space The house was built in 2014, so everything is new and carefully finished. There are two separate double bedrooms that – upon request at the time of booking – can be set up with single beds. Both have windows and are very bright, and each has a large wardrobe and luggage rack. The room overlooking the garden is equipped with an illuminated desk, a relaxing armchair and a TV to be enjoyed comfortably from bed. In the living room, in front of the 32" LCD TV with international channels, there is a sofa bed to accommodate another person! In the living room you will find the table with 6 chairs, and a large fully equipped kitchenette, with dishwasher and oven. To wake you up with the right energy, we also thought of the espresso machine! The windowed bathroom has a large shower, bidet and sink in addition to the hairdryer provided. All our guests will find a set of three towels for each, and a courtesy set. In the bathroom you will find the washing machine and a drying rack. The great care in the design and construction has made it possible to obtain an apartment with low environmental impact, completely soundproofed and with class A energy certification. A solar panel is installed on the roof for the production of hot water. The rooms are finely furnished with modern design furniture, equipped with air conditioning/heating, smoke detector with alarm siren and free WiFi network. Outside there are two spaces belonging to the apartment: the large solarium on the roof, where you can eat under the umbrella or sunbathe among the flowers, and the private garden right in front of the house. In the courtyard, closed by an automatic gate and protected by a surveillance system, there is a reserved parking space for each apartment. Guest access The house is totally independent! To access, you can respect the check-in time or agree with Anna to enter at any time thanks to the access codes that guarantee our guests maximum autonomy and confidentiality. The apartment is on the ground floor, and an external staircase leads to the large terrace, which is also for exclusive use!!! We will be happy to provide guests with all bed linen, a set of three terry towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. The property provides everything you need to cook and set the table. Free WiFi, safe, possibility to smoke in the garden or on the large flowered terrace. Other things to note If requested, we can provide a cot with linen, high chair, potty, bathtub, bottle warmer, and toys for your children. If necessary, we can provide the contact details of a French native babysitter, who also speaks English and Italian. Free of charge - upon request at the time of booking - ironing board and iron, blender and kettle. For rentals longer than 7 days, there is a free weekly cleaning of the apartment, with the change of all bed linen and towels. During the period of the stay, it is possible to park a second car in one of our private parking spaces, outside the courtyard but just 20 meters from the gate. Our guests who have to take the plane can leave the car in storage with us for a very modest surcharge. There are agreements for the use of the apartments with a 20% discount on the return.
