Our residence is located near tourist spots like Makati, Rockwell and BGC area. You’ll enjoy and cherish your stay at our place because of the cosiness and relaxing feeling of home away from your own home. Great for couples, group of friends and travellers. The space This place is owned by my father-in-law and maintained by my wife Judy and I. It's around 65sq.m in area and, with a Master's bedroom and a single room, can accomodate up to 3-5 persons and use the common areas such as living room, dining area, kitchen, balcony and bathroom. Living Room: 1 sofa set with center table, 32 inch tv with indoor antenna and wifi by Globe. Dining and Kitchen Areas: Dining table is a 4 seater complete with utensils. You can also cook using our complete cooking wares and prepare your food if you're not eating outside. T&B: Water supply is sufficient, with shower and heater. Washing machine with drier is readily available for your laundry. Bedrooms: The master's bedroom comes with a double bed and spacious cabinet and balcony access. The other room has a single bed with its own cabinet including hangers. Iron and ironing board can also be used. Pillows and blankets will also be provided. Additional bedding can be arrange as per request (additional fee will be applicable per head). Guest access Guests will have access to condominium amenities such as swimming pools, volleyball and basketball courts, resto bar, gym (pay per use), gazeebos and children's playground. 2 convenient stores are located at the ground floor to cater to your daily needs such as food and other basic necessities.
