A really calm, self contained, one bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 plus a baby. Situated in Sarlat with a shared garden that is 3000 M2 with a 5 x 3 meter above ground Swimming pool with deck. Mature fruit trees and a Petanque pitch. Basketball, swing ball and a private BBQ. A beautiful rural calm setting. Just 2 minutes in the car to the centre of Sarlat or a 25 minute walk dowhill. The house has electric gates, and plenty of private parking. Perfect for couples and small families. The space Having moved to Sarlat in 2019, we have renovated the property to now be 2 gites plus a owners apartment. The gites are totally separate. The garden and pool are shared between the two gites only. There is plenty of shared garden space at 3000 Meters Squared. You have a 5x3 meter above-ground swimming pool with a sun deck. Each gite has its own private terrace. Sarlat la Caneda is literally 2 minutes away by car or 25 minute walk. It's uphill on the return. The house is surrounded by woodland. It's incredibly peaceful and calm. Often described as tranquil. We benefit from AMAZING sunrises and views. There are double electric gates to get into the grounds, and we are fully fenced all around. There is plenty of secure parking. There are many fruit trees in the garden and a petanque pitch. The gite has one very large en suite bedroom with a king-sized bed - it also has one fold-out single bed. We also have a Click-clack double sofa bed in the living room, plus a single day bed. The gite suits couples or small families. There are two gites at the property plus the owner's apartment and seperate, private owner's garden. We have a very friendly French Bulldog..3 cats, 4 goldfish. Guest access You will have the entire self contained apartment as private use for yourselves and the garden is shared. The pool is shared with one other family, if we have a booking in our other gite at the same time as yours. As owners, we will have a private, separate garden space. Other things to note We have one very lovable French Bulldog, 3 cats and 4 gold fish! They are not allowed in your apartment but of course they will be using the garden at times. The apartment suits couples or small families of 2 adults and 2 children plus a baby. Please note laundry/linens are only included in the price in July and August. You can rent full sets for 12E per person at any other time.
