Welcome to "Exmouth Country Lodge & Prattshayes Campsite." Our Property is located 3/4 of a mile from the beach and 2 miles from the town of Exmouth. The historic city of Exeter is 20 minutes away. We also offer Paddle Boarding, Windsurfing and Archery Tag with our sister Company, Exmouth Watersports. Our property consists of 4 bedrooms with a kitchen, a dining room, and a lounge. The space There is a fully-equipped modern kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms and each room has a king size bed and single bed. The space is light and modern with views over the beautiful Devon countryside to the sea. Guest access EX8 5DB - Coral farm buildings, pull into courtyard car park. Access is through the far end black stable door to your right on the ground floor. Door code will be provided on booking. Other things to note Dogs are allowed but are charged at £10/night/tail Bed linen is provided but no towels
