We don't charge a cleaning fee! We limit guest stays to 14 nights. Sorry no pets. Our location is fully secured (you will be given gate access code.) Please do not share the code with anyone. Everything in the tiny house is yours to use. Please let us know if something is missing or overlooked. Our property does have exterior security cameras on site for your safety and ours. Please note the Tiny Abode is about 150 ft. from driveway across the grass. Let us know if you need us to leave the cart for your arrival. You will be contacted the morning of checking in via text message. If possible, we can be flexible on check in and out times. Please confirm with us.
