The property will also be cleaned after each guest. First floor Studio Apartment The space The light and spacious studio apartment is situated on the first floor of a newly built dormer bungalow on the Kier Living Development called Godrevy Parc. It feels completely separate from the rest of the bungalow with its own set of stairs with a stairlift for those with mobility requirements. At the top of the stairs is a private door, allowing you to enjoy maximum privacy and relaxation throughout your stay. The views look out over Hayle and towards St Ives in the distance making it a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful summer sunsets (weather permitting). There is a zip & link so let us know if you wish it to be made as two singles or a king. The studio has its own spacious shower room with sink, toilet and large shower cubicle. It also has a kitchenette area with a combi oven, double induction hob, kettle, under counter fridge with a small freezer compartment, utensils, pots and pans and a sink. Tea, coffee, sugar and basics are provided. The studio also has a dressing area with a cream hanging unit, hangers and free standing long mirror. Shower and hand towels are provided as well as a selection of toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap/sanitiser etc. There is also a small ironing board, iron and hair dryer plus a tower fan for those warm summer nights! There is a washing machine and dryer on the property which can be used with prior warning. The central location is one of the best. Hayle beach within walking distance, within easy driving are Gwithian 10 minutes, St Ives 15 minutes and Lands End 30 minutes, what more could you want on your doorstep! Please note our check in is 4pm and check out is 10am Guest access You enter the main property through a shared door, we live downstairs with our two retired greyhounds who are couch potatoes. Access to washer/dryer can be arranged with notice.
