(HUTB-003690) The space The apartment is decorated in a modern yet practical style and comes with two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other one with bunk beds. The living room is an open space that hosts a dinning, a kitchen and a TV area. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday in Barcelona. In this same room there is a double sofa bed, with which the apartment offers accommodation for up to 6 people. The bathroom is modern and spacious, and features a large shower. Apart from the above, this apartment also features a free WiFi connection, a space in the building’s car park (which it is necessary to reserve beforehand at an extra cost) and a communal terrace on the roof of the building with deck chairs, perfect for relaxing on after a long day’s sightseeing or business. Guest access In the building there is a communal terrace equipped for your enjoyment. During your stay, in the same building you can meet the guests of the other apartments. Please respect their rest by limiting the noise at night. In the building there is an elevator. Additionally, there is parking for €18/day (subject to availability and prior reservation). Other things to note One set of linen and towels is provided at the beginning of the stay. We will offer you a basic welcome pack of basic products. You can acquire the rest that you may need in the shops available nearby. For long stays (more than 14 nights) an extra cleaning service will be done for free.
