Less than 10 minutes from the historic city center, lies this comfortable, luxurious and super spacious 3-storey villa, ideal for the perfect holidays enjoying the best of what the city has to offer. Lisbon's main monuments are located just a few meters from the house and monsanto (the city park) is literally on your doorstep. With a nice pool, garden, 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3,5 bathrooms, kitchen and parking spot, you will find all the comfort to spend your dream vacations. The space The house is built over 3 floors. On the ground floor we have the living and dining room, kitchen, office, guest toilet, garden and swimming pool. On the first floor we have 2 double bedrooms (one en suite) and 2 bathrooms. On the second floor we find a small living room, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Guest access The house has a private parking space and it is easy and free to park other cars at the door. Bed lining and towels are provided, as well as cable TV and WiFi. The kitchen it's fully equipped (laundry and washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, expresso machine, electric mixer, and kettle).
