Other things to note 1) Due to the fact that the house is a new building, it is possible that repairs are carried out in the neighboring apartments during the daytime on weekdays. 2) Upon check-in, a short-term lease agreement is mandatory. The terms of the contract can be read in advance. 3) An extra charge for an additional separate bed is made regardless of the number of guests using the main bed, i.e. if one person sleeps on a double bed, then an extra charge is made for an additional separate bed for the second person on the bed chair, as for an extra guest over two people.
