The Tour

La Tour is one of our 4 cottages available at Château de Chargé - Loire Valley Retreat. Perfect for a couple or a couple with a baby. The space La Tour is a cottage located within the old stables building in the château's courtyard. The building is shared with another cottage (Les Ecuries). Both have seperate and private entrances. The cottage is composed of an open plan sitting room and kitchen downstairs with a large bedroom with on-suite bathroom on the first floor. Next to the double bedroom is a "cot room" located in one of the château's oldest tower. The cot room is "on-suite" to the parents room so perfect for a little one in his own room but still close to mum and dad. Guest access Guests have full access to all communial areas of the property: play room, large garden with children's play area, heated swimming pool etc... During your stay Jérôme and Charlotte are pationate about the Loire Valley and we are always happy to spend time with our guests to give them plenty of information on activities to suit them - family activities as well as great wine tastings in our area ! Other things to note During the summer months bakery delivery can be ordered week days to your cottage as well as arrival meals or breakfast hampers that can be pre-booked. A wine tasting evening is organised in one of the chateau’s wine cellar every week (with cheeses and cold meats) and a family BBQ also takes place. Outside of the summer holidays any food requirement can be discussed upon request.
