2 room flat (28 m²) with a sunny terrace and view over the city. The sleeping room has a comfortable double bed (1,60 x 2,00m) and is separated through a sliding door from the living room furnished with upholstery that can be converted into two extra sleeping places. There is a small refrigerator, a water boiler, dishes and silverware which my dishwasher will clean for you and a small area for doing desk work. The bathroom is across the hallway and must be shared. No real kitchen with the flat! The space Up to four people can sleep here. There is a comfortable double bed as well as living room upholstery that can be transformed with toppers into a comfortable broad surface for another 2 people. Guest access The Apartment is located in the front part of the floor and has an own access from the staircase. During your stay ...if it fits well, it might be possible to have a cup of coffee or tea with me or have a joint meal together. Of course, information about the city will be laid out. I have (gladly) lived in Kassel for 40 years and thus am knowledgeable about the city. Other things to note I greatly enjoy gardening and my garden provides wonderful vegetables and fruits which I might share with my guests: cherries, figs, tomatoes, plums, apples, wine . . .
