Artist's contemporary home with stunning view

A contemporary but cosy home with a breathtaking view of the Teign estuary. This listing is ideal for someone or a couple who loves the arts, creativity as well as for those seeking to get away from it all to meditate and enjoy the beautiful Devon countryside. Ideal for artists and writers. It is one of the venues of the annual art fest known as Devon Open Studios. My studio which is an annexe to the house is not part of the listing, but guests are welcome to visit and browse. The space Guests have their own room, with a kingsize bed. Couples and single visitors will find it very comfortable. The bedroom has its own lovely view. They will also have a shower room/toilet for their sole use. Upstairs they will find a big open plan shared area where the living room and kitchen diner is located. The kitchen is available for making tea and coffee and heating up food. Due to Covid this upstairs space may be restricted and l may request face masks to be worn. I would that guests remove shoes before entering the property. Guest access All areas except my bedroom. Studio with arrangement. NB: Due to COVID l may restrict certain areas or request masks to be worn. I prefer guests to have a negative PCR TEST a day before arrival and also be willing to do a lateral flow test in the day of arrival. I have test kits on site During your stay I am an artist working from home and will be available most of the day. However, if guests specially need to see me they only need to text me and I will probably not be far away. Other things to note There is also a backgammon board if you fancy a game..and also bananagrams to play, fast and furious, much better than Scrabble, methinks.
