Typical Berlin flat in good location with balcony

Tach, welcome to my apartment in Berlin. It is located at the northern end of the Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment is cosy and tidy. You will miss nothing. The apartment is on the third floor and has a balcony. The space The apartment consists a large living room in where the sofa bed is also located. There is a small sitting area with an original Berlin pub table. From the living room you get to the balcony. The hall offers enough space to hang up your wardrobe and leads you to the kitchen and the bathroom. In the kitchen there is a washing machine with dryer and a dishwasher. In the bathroom is a bathtub, but you can also take a shower in it. Guest access Another room in the apartment is private. Access is not permitted. Other things to note Please handle my things carefully and keep the apartment clean. In case of damage please let me know as soon as possible so that I can arrange for a replacement.
