Great side and front access parking is reserved for your use only. The kitchen is fully equipped along with a Webber and bbq provided for your use for easy meals. Strictly no pets and no smoking allowed please. Downstairs features two bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry, bar, fridge, huge living area, outdoor bar area and amazing views while upstairs features two decks, a kitchen, lounge room, dining room, two bedrooms and the main bathroom. Amenities include:- Iron, air con, hot water, bath, 2x showers, washing machine, essentials, bedding, towels, shampoo/conditioner, cooking appliances, dishwasher, cooking basics, tea, coffee, dishes, mugs, cutlery, wine glasses, microwave, refrigerator, oven, stove, Webber, bbq, board games, play station 3. Guests will be advised of key arrangements (lockbox) and will check themselves into the property. Whether you enjoy walking the beach, collecting shells, swimming in the enclosure, strolling through the Sunday markets, fishing from the beach or from a boat or just relaxing on the deck, you will be sure to make some wonderful memories that will last a life time. Also enjoy Seaforth’s newly built water park just a 10 minute walk max from the house. Guest access The whole house is available for your private use except for the shed and back garage which is locked off to guests. Other things to note Strictly no pets or smoking please. This is not a party house so no events or parties are permitted.
