Our studio apartment is within walking distance to the Black Hill Conservation Park (which has stunning views as in photos), and public transport to the city centre. We live on a quiet no-through street with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and amenities within a few minutes' drive away. The Studio Apartment is completely detached from our home ensuring your privacy and includes a kitchenette (microwave cooking only) and en-suite. Please note that while we do allow dogs, cats are not welcome. The space Enjoy living among beautiful Australian gum trees and bushland conservation parks. We are close to Linear Park (River Torrens) with lovely walking/cycle trails all the way in to the city and beyond to the beach. We are also a 5 minute drive from the Morialta Falls with the many walking trails nearby within the Park. The CBD is only a 20 minute drive or a 30 minute bus ride. There are plenty of eating places and shopping facilities nearby. Guest access Guests will have access to their own private studio apartment with kitchenette and en-suite as well as a courtyard to sit and relax in. You will have your own key and access the apartment through a gate at the back of our carport - no need to come through our home! Other things to note There is a locked coded key-box available if you arrive when we are out, and so it is important that you let us know of your approximate arrival time so that you can enter the apartment and make yourself at home. Coffee, tea and milk are provided.
